CollectRoute - Field Staff Tracking & Payment Collection

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CollectRoute platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all users, including business owners, administrators, and field staff members.

2. Description of Services

CollectRoute provides a field staff management platform that includes real-time GPS tracking, customer visit logging, payment collection, EMI management, and business analytics. The Service consists of a web-based dashboard for business owners and a mobile application for field staff.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each staff member must have a unique account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Data Collection & GPS Tracking

Our Service collects location data (GPS coordinates), selfie photographs, device information, and battery status from field staff devices during working hours. By using the Service, business owners confirm they have obtained appropriate consent from their staff for this data collection. Business owners are responsible for compliance with applicable labor laws regarding employee monitoring.

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days prior notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content, is the intellectual property of CollectRoute. You retain ownership of your business data uploaded to the platform. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data, customer information, or uploaded photographs.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) use the Service to track individuals without their knowledge or consent; (e) upload malicious software or content; (f) resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CollectRoute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, we reserve the right to delete your data. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. These terms are subject to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
