How does CollectRoute track field staff?

Staff check in at customer locations using QR codes or manual selection in the mobile app. Each check-in records GPS coordinates, a selfie, and timestamp. The dashboard shows real-time staff locations on a map with visit history and route analytics.

Does the mobile app work without internet?

Yes. The app stores check-ins, payments, and orders locally on the device and automatically syncs when connectivity is restored. Staff can continue their daily work uninterrupted in areas with poor network coverage.

How do I add staff members to my account?

Go to the Staff section in your dashboard, click "Add Staff", and enter their mobile number. They will receive login credentials to download and sign in to the mobile app. The Starter plan supports up to 3 staff members.

Can staff fake their location or check-ins?

CollectRoute has built-in anti-cheat measures: mock GPS detection, GPS accuracy validation (within 50m), proximity checks to customer location (within 200m), rapid check-in detection, and mandatory selfie capture at each visit.

What payment methods can staff collect?

Staff can record cash, UPI, cheque, and online payments. Each payment is logged with amount, method, and optional receipt photo. Customer balances update automatically and reflect in the dashboard in real-time after sync.

How does EMI management work?

Create invoices with EMI schedules (1-60 installments) from the dashboard. The mobile app shows staff which EMIs are due on their route. Automated reminders are sent for upcoming and overdue payments. Overdue EMIs are flagged automatically.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade from Settings in your dashboard at any time — the change takes effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle. See our Refund Policy for details.

What languages does CollectRoute support?

The platform is available in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, and Gujarati. Staff can switch languages from the mobile app, and owners can change the dashboard language from Settings.
