At CollectRoute, we strive to provide reliable and high-quality services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our subscription plans. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to the terms described below.
2. Free Plan
The Starter plan is offered free of charge. Since no payment is collected, no refund applies to this plan.
3. Paid Plans (Pro & Enterprise)
Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase. All fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances: (a) You were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same billing period; (b) A technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing the Service for an extended period; (c) You cancel within 7 days of your first paid subscription and have not substantially used the Service. Refund requests made after 7 days of the billing date will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds: (a) Partial months or unused portions of a subscription period; (b) Downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan mid-cycle; (c) Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions; (d) Any add-on services or one-time setup fees, if applicable.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@collectroute.com with your registered email address, the reason for the refund, and the relevant billing details. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page in your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of cancellation.
